One OK Rock is a Japanese rock band formed in 2005 by the four members,
Taka (Vocals), Toru (Guitar), Ryota (bass) and Tomoya (Drums), to start performing at live events.
Their sounds are heavily influenced by a combination of emo, rock and metal.

In 2011, the band started to perform at various summer festivals around Japan and grew to fame.
In October of the same year, One OK Rock released their fifth album as well as touring throughout Japan.
In January 2012, they performed their first solo live in the Yokohama Arena over two days, to a sell-out crowd of 24,000 people.

There are 2 tiers of tickets offered for One Ok Rock's debut concert in Singapore.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What kind payment methods can be used to pay tickets?
For physical sales at the AFA Shop, only cash is accepted. For online ticket sales, please note that we are using Paypal as our payment gateway. If you are using a credit card to make the payment, a Paypal account is NOT required to make the transaction. At the PayPal log in screen, click on 'Continue' under 'Don't Have a PayPal Account?' section to make the purchase without a PayPal account.

Are there any additional charges?
Online ticket purchases will incur an SGD3 fee per ticket.
There are no additional charges for purchases from the AFA Shop.

When can I collect the tickets?
Tickets purchased can be collected at the AFA Shop from 25.04.12 (WED) onwards.
Please note that tickets purchased online after 24.04.12 (TUE) 11.59pm can only be collected from the AFA Shop the following day after the purchase.
For example, your ticket purchased on 27.04.12 (FRI), at 3pm, can only be collected on 28.04.12 (SAT). Collections will continue until the end of the concert.

For your convenience, we recommend that you collect the ticket before the day of the event to avoid long queues and large crowds.

Are there any limits on the number of tickets that can be purchased?
The maximum number of tickets that can be purchased per transaction is nine (9), be it online or physical, VIP or general admission.

How do I prove that I bought tickets?
Please bring along a physical print-out of the confirmation e-mail from payment@sozo.sg and a photo ID when collecting your tickets. We will not issue the tickets if any of the items are not produced during the time of collection. Please ensure that your e-mail address is stated clearly on the print-out.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All sales are final and refunds will not be entertained.
In the event of lost and/or damaged tickets, the Organisers, Sponsors and Affiliates will not be held liable. Tickets will not be re-issued.
The Organiser reserves the right, with refund or compensation, to refuse admission and/or remove any person(s) of disorderly or inappropriate behaviour.
No photography, audio and/or video recording is allowed during the event, unless specified otherwise by the Organiser.
The Organiser may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond their reasonable control.
The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss or damage to property and/or liability.
The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items, including, but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and/or recording devices.
The Organiser may add, withdraw or substitute artiste(s) and/or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.
Singapore law shall govern the sale of all tickets and the Ticket Holders agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singaporean courts.
The Organizer's decision(s) is/are final and no correspondence will be entertained.
